Q: Do you travel to do rescues?

A: Yes we do travel throughout the Central Florida area. 


Q: What should I do when I come across injured wildlife?

A: First, try to make sure the animal is safe, then immediately contact a local rehab or vet that handles wildlife for further instructions.  DO NOT try to capture or pickup the animal. This may cause them further injury or they my injure you. In some cases, due to federal protection laws, you may be fined.


Q: How do I make a donation?

A: Your tax-deductible donation may be made to Owl-Ocala Inc.. PO box 1924 Ocala, Fl. 34478-1924.    100% of your donation will benefit the animals directly.  Donations


Q: If I wanted to adopt, or sponsor an animal, how do I do this?

A: We have different ways to adopt, or sponsor one or more animals, depending on what is desired. (please note: adopt does not mean the actual possession of that particular animal) Sponsor

A: Yes, there are several things that are desperately needed for our facility. Just a few are mentioned for now.  Wishlist


Q: What do you do when an animal is ready to be released?

A: We try our hardest to return the animal back to the original place of being rescued, unless it was a unsafe area, then we find a safe and secluded place nearby.
